Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. A full refund will be issued once your cancellation request is confirmed. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Returns (if applicable)
Product returns are accepted within 14 days upon receipt of goods.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, kept in original condition and intact original packaging. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required. Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
You will be charged shipping fees only once (including return shipments). No restocking fees apply.
Return parcels must be properly packaged and sent via the original shipping method. You shall be responsible for return shipping costs, and ensure the package is not damaged or misdelivered during transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you a confirmation email once your returned item is received and inspected. You will also be informed whether your refund request is approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3–20 business days.
